We offer some items for sale before they actually arrive in our warehouse so refer to the product page at time of order for expected wait times. We will ship out your pre ordered items within 1-2 business days after they become available at our warehouse.
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the package has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
If your package has been returned to sender (100 Thieves) then we can send it back out for the cost of shipping or provide a refund. If you think your package has been returned to sender but we have not contacted you, let us know by submitting a ticket using our contact form. We may not be able to send international packages back out, so please ensure you have the correct shipping address at the time of purchase.
For all custom jerseys, we cannot accept any refunds and all sales are final. We do not accept returns for International orders either. We may offer refunds for international orders if you were sent an incorrect order or received a damaged/defective item. For all non-custom jerseys and clothing, domestic purchases may be returned within 30 days after receipt. Returns will only be accepted if they are unworn, unwashed and undamaged. All returned items must be unaltered and include all original tags that came with it. Refunds will not include the initial shipping costs. Additionally, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse so you will be refunded the original amount less shipping costs. Refunds may only be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase.
If you have received a damaged/defective or incorrect item, reach out to us on our contact form with photos of the damage/defective or the incorrect item, as well as your order number. You must notify us within 30 days of receipt. We will handle it from there.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept exchanges for any purchased items. Due to the limited nature of products, we do not have inventory for size exchanges. Please double check our sizing and garment details prior to ordering.
